Members

The members are akin to the shareholders of a company. They have ultimate control over the academy trust, with the ability to appoint some of the trustees and the right to amend the trust’s articles of association.

Rev. Diane Cooksey	11 May 2017	Rev. Diane is the parish priest of St. Nicholas' CofE Church. Prior to her ordination as a priest, Rev. Diane was a teacher with a background in Special Educational Needs. Rev. Diane has no additional financial or business interests. She is not a member, trustee or governor of another educational establishment.
Matthew Bunn	30 November 2017	Matthew has a MA in financial economics and is currently Senior Director for Tax Strategy at Convatec Ltd. Matthew has no additional financial or business interests. Matthew is also Chair at Bishop Perowne Church of England College and Chair of St George’s CofE Primary. Matthew is also PCC of St Stephen’s, Barbourne.
